The Drath Legion is a major faction in Retribution.png. Mysterious creatures who love to move in the shadows, the Drath are masters of subterfuge and manipulation. Rumored to be behind every major conflict in the galaxy, though it's just as likely they spread those rumors themselves.

Description[edit | edit source]

Ancient and mysterious, the Drath are marked by their unique and mysterious hatred for the Altarians. The Drath even claim to have originated on and be the true owners of the planet Altar, though few can see how that's possible.

What is known is that they are proud of their ancient culture and desire to spread it throughout the galaxy, with strong Unrecognized icon nameGC3 Approval Stat Icon.png Morale and Unrecognized icon nameGC3 Influence Stat Icon.png Influence bonuses. This is enabled somewhat by their fast ships. However, as an aging race, their natural Unrecognized icon nameGC3 Growth Stat Icon.png Growth is slowing.

While the Drath may not start every war, through some wisdom their Unrecognized icon nameGC3 Saving Stat Icon.png Treasury always profits from them. Their ancient roots somehow enable them to gain Unrecognized icon nameGC3 Research Spending Stat Icon.png Research knowledge from every anomaly and better exploit technologies left behind by the precursors.
