Kinetic weapons are one of the three weapon types used in Galactic Civilizations III. Generally consuming in their construction, kinetic weapons are by default short-range ( Thulium+700 ), fast cooldown ( Kinetic Range+4 ) and low accuracy ( Kinetic Cooldown+80% ). Their defensive counter is Kinetic AccuracyArmor.
