Description
An Embassy is the first step to normalizing relations with neighboring races, and will help spread our Influence in this part of space.
Usage
The usefulness of an embassy depends on how condition of your relations to a specific civilization. Each embassy built with a civilization increases your relationship by +1.
When you are at +3 even civilizations you are at war with may consider your relations as being "close".
